The Office of Corrections Family/Constituent Services was established as a central point of contact between the Corrections Department, family members, legislative entities, interdepartmental state agencies and the general public. Corrections Family Services promotes open lines of communication and provides clarification, direction, and resources for keeping families involved and informed. The office responds to inquiries regarding the Department's policies, procedures, and actions, in addition to facilitating problem resolution.
