* Salary

Hourly: $16.00 - $23.64
Routinely hire above the minimum hourly rate - starting salary is based on experience.

* Purpose of Position

Responsible for the planning and execution of treatment programs and supervision for clients on probation and parole. Case management is required.

* Experience

No experience is required for this position.

* Employment Requirements

Background check is required. Must be U.S. Citizen, reached the age of majority, and must not have been convicted of a felony. Must successfully complete defensive tactics, first aid and CPR courses. Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Must be willing to accept travel/geographic assignment changes. Must have home phone. May be require to carry a firearm, work odd hours and visit offenders" home.

* Educational requirements

A Bachelor' degree in any field of study is required for this position, supplemented by 15 semester hours (or Major) in sociology, psychology, guidance and counseling, social work and/or police science.

* Bargaining Unit Position

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to.
