	Addiction Services The mission of Addiction Services is to increase public and institutional safety, reduce recidivism, and increase the capacity of offenders to live responsible lives through aggressive treatment of substance addiction. Addiction Services provides extensive therapeutic community (TC) and addictions outpatient treatment services throughout the NMCD correctional system. Addiction Services also facilitates the provision of volunteers for parenting programs, faith-based mentoring programs, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) programs. At Western New Mexico Correctional Facility, Addiction Services facilitates a 16-bed Meditation Pod.
