The New Mexico Corrections Department Offender Information is intended to provide law enforcement agencies and the general public with information about offenders who are incarcerated or on probation and/or parole supervision. You must know an offender’s first and/or last name or NMCD Number to begin the search process. Please note, the New Mexico Corrections Department does not have jurisdiction over the County or City Detention Facilities.

The Offender Search is updated nightly. The New Mexico Corrections Department makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided on the offender search. However you need to contact either the Probation and Parole Office or Institution to verify the information, such as location or legal status, of the offender, due to offender movement.

If the offender has previously shown on the search but no longer does, it could be due to technical difficulties. This does not mean the inmate has been released or is no longer under probation and parole supervision. Please allow 24 hours for the offender information to be available.
